Mascots usually go to their igloos before and after visiting rooms in the server. If you want to meet Sensei in his igloo, where very few other penguins will be, you have to do the following steps:
Get into the same room as a mascot
Find a penguin who has their igloo open
Switch back and forth quickly from the mascot's and the penguin's playercard
After you do it several times, Sensei's playercard should have the igloo opened. Click it, and you will now be in Sensei's igloo. Wait until he comes, and if you're lucky he might stay and chat for a bit.
